Wymoo Announces Focus on Dating Background Checks

Florida based Wymoo International, LLC has announced plans to target the growing business segment of online dating and social networking sites, and the Company is currently in discussions with potential partner websites.

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (July 7, 2010) - Wymoo International, a U.S. based international background check and private investigation company, announced today that it will increase its focus on online dating background checks.  The Company is considering a partnership with an online dating company and is also in discussions with a social networking site.

Many clients seek the services of a professional background check firm to verify an online relationship.  The fact is, more people are connecting via the internet, and this continues to fuel the demand for verification services that minimize the risk from romance scams and internet fraud.  Management at Wymoo® expects this trend to continue and is considering a strategic alliance with an established internet dating site or social networking site. 

If implemented, the partnership would benefit subscribers of the match making or social networking website, as consumers would have the option to pursue relationships with users who have been, or can be verified by Wymoo’s professional international background checks.  Consumers would be able to use the site with confidence, and with decreased risk from fraud, scam and identity theft.  The online dating or social networking site would benefit through increased subscription rates, higher confidence levels, and lower incidence of fraud.

Wymoo will continue to dedicate significant resources and field investigators to target this growing market segment.  Demand for global background check services has supported the business for international private investigators, and Wymoo is on track to exceed growth targets for 2010.  "We continue to see significant opportunity in a long term partnership with an established social networking site or an online dating services company,” said Brent Cinnamond, President and CEO.  “Any agreement should increase the firm’s market share in the global private investigation business, and support our long term growth strategy.”

Wymoo Expands Operations in Russia and the Ukraine

Florida based Wymoo International, LLC has announced plans to expand its private investigation and background check business in Russia and the Ukraine. The firm plans to start a new subsidiary to focus on this growing market.

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (Oct 27, 2009) - Wymoo International announced today its plans to open a new subsidiary to focus on Russia and the Ukraine market for private investigations, due diligence and background checks.

"Russia and the Ukraine continue to experience a high level of fraud and scams, both on the business level and on the individual level. Due to the high risk and demand for professional investigation services, we are expanding services for our global clients, to minimize their risk in the region," said David Wilkerson, COO and Vice President of Wymoo®. The name of the new subsidiary has not been released, but consumers should expect to see the new Russia and Ukraine website by January 2010. Wymoo will utilize the top talent of its existing team of professional field investigators in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev, as well as hire additional Ukraine and Russia investigators to better serve new global clients.

By creating a new subsidiary, Wymoo will bring together its existing contacts, agents, field investigators and support staff in the region to focus on the growing demand in Russia and the Ukraine. Despite the global recession, revenue and net income exceeded expectations largely as a result of aggressive growth strategies in developing markets.

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (Sept 24, 2009) - Wymoo® reported today that YTD net income has exceeded the forecasted annual income for 2009, beating analyst expectations and widely surpassing industry performance.

Third quarter operating results have been driven by increased demand for international background checks and international due diligence cases. Wymoo's individual client case load has increased and more than offset the decrease in pre-employment screening from the economic downturn.

The firm's focus on developing markets has enabled Wymoo to deliver above industry average profit margins, and to capitalize on the initial economic recovery in these developing nations.
